This was my first time trying esalon. I was contacted by esalon and told that THEY found a color that would be much better than what I had requested. Thank goodness for that! The color formula that they chose was... PERFECT!! I am very impressed that they actually took the time to look at my photos.

Esalon is truly amazing. I love how simple they make everything for you. I’ve never colored my own hair, after watching a video I nailed it the first time. The color was perfection. I also like the communication between my colorist and myself!
