Response to first use of product. I don't really want this published.I received the order Oct 5th. I used it the same day. The color did not cover my gray and my hair was dry and almost frizzy afterwards. I am not happy with the product and don't want any further deliveries. First time colour, a little too 'Gold'....My first custom colour turned out too warm.... very gold, even a little brassy. I wanted it to be very cool ash.
