Exceptional hair colorI am very happy with my product. Truly salon quality, impeccable color, excellent gray coverage, impressive staff. Wrong colorMy hair came out way darker than the color I chose. I wanted a pretty copper color and I chose "7.43 Golden Copper" and it came out like a deep red auburn completely different than the color I chose. My hair is SO dark and not what I asked for. *Editing to add that I truly appreciate the wonderful customer service and aside from receiving a different color, I really enjoy this company. Great and easy color!My color is fantastic. The customer service is the best I have ever experienced. I have now used this product three times. The first time the color was too light and I worked with their colorist to get closer to what I wanted. We made small changes and by the third application it was perfect.
