Still working on getting it rightIt takes time to get your color right, still not quite there. Not sure why my roots vs ends colors are so different! Not the color I ordered (Update)I can still see my grey and its brown which it should be black once again think it's time to move on to another company. Worked many years ago which tells you how long I've been with this company but now I'm done. So, I received my new color and applied it last night followed the instructions to the tee and well I still see my grey and red streaks you really must have changed the product because I have been with you since 2014 and its definitely not the same, I wanted Black, and I got a dark brownish red. been using esalon for 10 years (9-2012) Would be a 5 but for the directionsI love eSalon the color set makes my hair look and feel better then anything else ever put on my head. I do agree the processing time is longer then listed on the instructions. I still follow my original instructions, which were 20-30 minutes for roots. Because unfortunately I'm graying, and not prettily, I have added another 5 to my routine. I then have also gone back to the original instructions and used the remaining color (adding a bit of water if needed) and smoothed it over all my hair except very ends in small sections. I leave this another 5-10 minutes. When I do this people still tell me how fabulous my hair color is. I'm not sure why they changed the instructions, but it is harming the ability of their excellent product to reveal it's excellency. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
