Overall goodI love all the accessories you always get, gloves, stain remover, etc. the color is good but for some reason my sideburn area never gets all the grays covered. I went from boxed store dye to esalon, and while esalon is great, boxed color covered my hairline/sideburn areas just fine. Color faded quickly.I have used Esalon on and off for years, and raved about it to friends and family. The last few orders, unfortunately left me unsatisfied. I actually skipped my last order to try some other brands. Good store bought color looked and lasted about the same amount of time as my esalon color. Not worth itGreat packaging and marketing! The products itself was terrible, did not cover even one of my greys, in fact it didn’t even cover the lighter colour I had on my roots! Salon finishOrdering from eSalon saves me a lot of time and effort and my hair quality is not compromised. During lockdown I had to buy off the shelf products and the result showed. Then I came across eSalaon and I honestly haven't looked back. My hair is dark so it's easy to manage and the warm undertones in the color I choose are really rich.
