Custom Color SetI have used eSalon for several years. It is one of the best color products I've ever used. And so easy to adjust the color with the colorist if desired. Shame formula has changedVery disappointed, after using this products.for a couple of years now, i have had 3 subsequent disasters. Contacting the team is terrible and team member very unhelpful and to make matters worse over charged me by £45 and insisted I required to send the my bank statements to prove the money had been taken and not returned .... money back guarantee.... total sham.... be careful folks 2 of 2 people found this review helpful. Amazing coverage and depth of toneI was sceptical after reading reviews before buying these products as the reviews were so good I thought they were made up! Well I now know that’s highly unlikely as now I have used the products twice, I myself rate these products very highly, together with the amazing fast and informative personal support from eSalon staff. Brilliant. Update: I first ordered this in January 21, have used it since and have adjusted the colour a few times. I used my new colour yesterday and still feel as strongly nearly a year and a half later. I love these products, the extras you get in each pack - even two sets of good quality gloves - and the service and expertise is second to none. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Color blends in perfectly!The hair color blended nicely with my natural hair so it hides my grey hair perfectly! Also, I love how it doesn't fade after a few washes! My hair is evenly colored and shiny! Not brittle and no grey spots anywhere. I will continue using this product and I don't mind is if it's a bit expensive compared to box color products, it is worth it!
