Orange!I was excited to try this product after reading such great positive reviews. I went through the process and followed directions to a tee! My hair was not blonde, but a hue of orange! I let the team know and said they would adjust the color and I need to follow directions. Hmmmm, what I did. Anyway, I received an email that my order was about to ship, so I hopped on line and skipped to the next shipment. Received an email a few days later that they had sent my color and charged me! I don't want your products! They don't work Called customer service, she said I did not cancel shipment( what!) But when I receive it, I should send it back and when they receive it I would get a refund. 100% guarantee, I think not I'll rather spend $ at a salon thank you 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Hair colorIt didn't change the color of my hair and what it did change it looks aweful if I would have looked into it more I would never had ordered it. INCONSISTENTthis time my hair turned red...have been using all thru covid and never seen this color of hair before. my latest shipment I thought I would try the color pro toner and they said it would be matched to my existing color....i received glorious golden. i have a dark brunette base so really confused what to do with a golden toner especially since I now have really red hair 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Not the sameHaving used esalon for the last 7 years and been very pleased with the results ...it seems the formula may have changed. Faded way too fast!Have you changed something? This last order I used started fading after just 2 weeks and now 1 month later I have brassy, faded red highlights that are not attractive! I never had this happened before with earlier applications, but it has happened with the last 2 hair color orders. Not happy with this applications at all. 😔 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. 3 toned hairAfter my partner coloured my hair as written in the instructions, my hair ended up being 3 different colours. I found the texture of the cream nice and thick, and the colour in the bowl was beautiful, but unfortunately my hair wasn't happy and looked awful.
