Very fiddly to apply roots first then rest of hairLovely colour but didn’t last as long as I’d hoped and much too fiddly to apply roots first then colour. I’ve also never seen so much hair dye on my bathroom tiles and I’ve been dying my hair for years! 3rd order with leaksMy last orderer was the 3rd box in less than 6 months with seals broken and product leakage inside the box. I've used this service for several years & had great results until the last 6 months. Stubborn GrayIn the pass i tried your product but i noticed that was not covering totally my gray and I stopped using it, I continued with the store brand but my hair was falling off a lot and I decided to go back to esalon. Wanted to go lighter, didn’t happenOriginally I sent in pics of my current hair color (very dark brown almost black) and pictures of the color I wanted, a much lighter shade of brown like a honey brown. My custom color came in the mail labeled something like “golden brown” and I thought this is going to turn out nice then I dyed it and it literally looks like I didn’t, maybe one shade lighter at best if I’m in the sun I can notice a tad bit of brown. I even left the color in for an extra 15 minutes longer than the 35 minutes the instructions said. I went to change my next months custom color and again inserted pictures of the lighter brown I wanted but get an email saying “ previously colored hair can not be lightened”, well if I would have gotten the correct color hair dye sent to me the first time I guess I wouldn’t have this issue. I just went ahead and canceled because I’m not happy with the new options they gave me, stuck with the same color or just lighten the roots? No thanks. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
