Very DisappointingI have coloured my hair many times and always do the safety tests . Since using this product my hair is dry and matted despite using a top quality conditioner. My scalp is also uncomfortable at times . The colour is also poor with elements of yellow and is patchy in places. I carefully followed all the instructions to the letter. Exactly what I wanted!My custom color is perfect! My store bought color usually came out too dark and took a few days to fade down to the color I wanted. This was a totally different experience! Looked patchy and didn't cover my greyI have some grey hairs, not too many but this colour didn't seem to cover them. I want to give e-salon another try and hope that it's better this time around. The packaging was gorgeous. I also worked with different timings until my greys were covered but it didn't seem to work and I'd prefer to have my hair dark brown without the mahogany. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.
