Based on past purchases...loveStill waiting to receive. Tracking continues to back up delivery...while my parcel travels around the state. Meanwhile my gray roots are very obvious and I have an event tonite. I emailed esalon and have heard nothing. Please do not use USPS in future. Coverage of productThe last couple of times I’ve used your product, I feel the coverage of gray has not been as good. I agree with another’s statement below that it seems like a rinse that washes off after shampooing a couple of times.
