False lookingI expected a natural looking mahogany and ended up with a fake result that would suit a 15 year old girl. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. We have reached out to you via email with more details on next steps and how we can help get this resolved for you. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. Instructions for the skin allergy test are included in our Product Safety & Usage guide with every hair color order. On behalf of the eSalon Family, we wish you a quick recovery. |

Colors looks greatThe product was easy to use in my hair color looks really lovely definitely will keep using the gray coverage so far hasn't been great however nothing really seems to work on my thick coarse white "grays" my hair feels soft and the color they sent me looks beautifully matched with the rest of my hair. Overall very happy only used once and they've made some suggestions to try next time I color my hair to help cover the white hair better… Will continue to order 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Well impressed...still!So far so good. The colour is spot on. I will be interested to see if it fades on the grey which it has coloured Fantastically at the moment. I have to Say though, it’s not easy to do it alone. I got loads up my arms!! 2nd lot came yesterday. This time my husband Did it for me. The colour is amazing. I just love it. Update: I’m now on my 6th application. I have stuck with the same colour but the timings have been adjusted to fix my resistant greys. To be honest, I can’t actually see me ever going back to hairdresser after COVID! I just love this. ***added august 2022. I did go back to the salon after Covid but guess what....I'm back with Esalon. I suffered the salon for a few months but got sick of the inconsistency.
