Brown color, requested blondeThis was the second attempt I made at ordering a blonde color to touch up my roots. I was again sent a brown color that made my roots darker than what I wanted. I'm a Scandinavian blonde so maybe I didn't make that clear and described my color as dark blonde or something. Regardless, after the 2nd time of trying the color, I had to go back to a professional salon and spend several hundred dollars to get it fixed. Color faded in a weekOver all I was very disappointed. Thecolor was great however within a week it was already starting to fade and by the end of week two I couldnt wait to pick up a box of color at the store & redo it. Initially I was happyWhen I first tried the product I was happy. It came in a cute little box with gloves and everything you need to dye your hair. Then the next month came and I got the same product in the cute little box but for almost $30. $30 is more than I want to spend for hair dye. It's not a great deal anymore.
