GREAT COLOR EXPERIENCEI have only used store bought color in the past. So I wasn't sure what to expect with eSalon products, although, I did read all the reviews about eSalon before I ordered. All the beauty consultants that I e-mailed back and forth to find the correct shade for me were very professional and knowledgeable about their products. The color I was sent after a brief discussion about my current needs was beautiful. It was easy to apply and looked great. Color is rich and realistic!Have been using for almost a year, I'm a redhead with gray shimmers. The coverage and staying power for gray is like professional hair color. Better than salon color...I have thin, fine, graying hair. I want to keep my hair close to my original color (med brown) but the monthly expense of $60-75 was not one I wanted to pay and even the higher-priced off-the-shelf colors caused additional thinning. I wondered if there was salon grade color at an affordable price online and found eSalon several years ago. I've been pleased with the quality, price and customer support.
