Kind of unbelievably goodMy colorist clearly read my notes and absolutely nailed my color. I was terrified while applying that it was going to be way too dark. While it's a touch darker than I expected, it's 100% perfect - a rich copper red that is both bold and natural-looking, and incredibly flattering on my skin tone. I've been putting up with sub-par box color for too long; I just didn't know it. This is the best color job I've had including the hundreds (thousands?) Easy and beautiful! Positive experience!I was a little bit apprehensive going into this, but I called and talked to a color specialist. Sylvia gave me very good advice. I am so pleased with the outcome. My hair is silky and very shiny after coloring. I am a light blonde and sometimes it is hard to get shiny blonde. I am so glad I took the time to review the how-to videos. I am on an auto ship for every seven weeks, but I am thinking I will adjust it to every six weeks. 10 of 12 people found this review helpful.
