Didn't work outI really wanted to like this since it is cheaper than Madison Reed. My color was supposed to be darkest ash brown ,it came out golden brown, no ash! I only have like 5 gray hairs around my face area and it did not cover them in the least bit. Very disappointed 😞 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Disappointed!!I started out with grow out from a high light, I asked for a dark blonde or light ash brown.. ended up with a head ful of copper !! They sent me another color again I expected a light ash brown? I got a dark chocolate brown!!I I was really upset and frustrated! So I explained again that this it WAY TO DARK !! So again I said I wanted a light ash brown !! They then told me that I couldn't go light on top of th DARK THAT THEY TURNED IT !! There solution was GO TO A SHOP and have it professionally done! I Swear My Colorist Ariana G is a Mind ReaderI received my dark brown/copper/mahogany color, and I swear my colorist, Ariana G, is an absolute mind reader. Prior to using eSalon, I would either go to the salon or simply box dye, and have never had a color that looked "natural". This color not only looked like an actual human hair color, but came out shiny and healthy looking. Color did not turn outThe hair color I choose was a dark dark brown with a purple sheen to it. My hair turned out a weird lighter red brown on the top and dark brown on the bottom. NOT WHAT I EXPECTEDI was so looking forward to using this product but I was so disappointed. I really hate to give this bad review but I followed the directions and I did have gray roots which they did not cover all the way. Actually it looks like I did not color my hair my daughter said.
