Colour match was spot onI had changed my colour slightly with a hairdresser, more like my natural hair colour. As a redhead many other brands just stick to certain shades which don’t have the nuances of my colour. At the salon they would mix the red with some blonde and I posted a pic of the colour I’d changed to and left a little message for the colourist and they got it perfect for me. Very grateful for that. It’s so easy to apply. I love that you get the two bottles as I always seem to run out due to the thickness of my hair. This extra bottle made such a difference. Great colour, easy application. You get all the instructions, the gloves, stain cream, stain remover, lovely shampoo and conditioner. The shampoo and conditioner remind me of Olaplex shampoos. Very luxurious. Highly recommend the eSalon colour and I know a few hairdresser who have their clients bring their colour into the salon and their hairdresser applies it for them. Product great, put on a flex plan i didnt agree tooNo fault with product, very impressed by product actually. What put me off this is that I was automatically put on a flex plan, and charged for a colour 2 weeks after I had received 1st colour set . Was completely shocked when seen it arrive in post, checked account, money taken . Ruined my HairThis harsh color absolutely ruined my hair. It was supposed to be medium brown and colored it so dark it is nearly black. It was so dark and stained everything in sight so I was worried and washed it out after less than 10 minutes, even though the instructions said 35 minutes. I will have to have it professionally corrected now and I am worried about the damage it will take to lighten hair this dark. Somehow it also took all of the shine out of my hair and made it look drab and dull. I have colored my own hair for years and have never had anything stain my shower instantly like this. DisappointedI was looking forward to using my 2nd order of colour, especially as the 1st experience with colour from eSalon was amazing. I had requested a change to the colour which was done for me. I received 2 colour bottles, 1 for my roots and one for the lengths of my hair. Followed the instructions which are clear and easy to follow.
