Not happy with the service this timeI have always had good service and great colour. This time I'm not sure what happened but I wanted to go lighter in colour but only received one bottle of colour with the instructionsto fo roots.. Have tried sending messages but the answer is always - they will review for next time! Not what I wanted to hear. The product just does not cover the grays.I'm very disappointed with the product since the whole purpose with coloring my hair was to cover the grays and your product does not do that! The color holds on that portion of my hair that is not gray and I actually like the color that is produced but if the product will not color my gray hair there is no point in using it. Even over the counter coloring products last at least to the first shampoo before it washes out but your product makes no effort to color the grays. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. LoveColor turned out perfect. Like my hair dresser they did a darker color On my roots and the red on the rest so my roots weren’t bright 11 of 15 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Very brassy & not enough productIt was okay, but it was very much orange and brassy. I have hair to my waist, and it's thick; 1 bottle did not cover enough. Shampoo and conditioner were nice. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Far too bright and not for my skin toneThis was my first- and last - experience of using what is supposed to be a custom colour. I filled in the survey and provided pictures and the colour they decided would be great for me is anything but. I am currently a very bright red with pink tones and it looks terrible. I'm glad a bought a demi permanent colour and not permanent but I still suspect it is going to take weeks to wash out and I'm fearful the fade will leave me with pink hair. I've just gone on to Amazon and spent more money in products that will hopefully help. Never again.
