First time usingThis was my first order and I have to say, I loved it. Bit fiddly doing the back of my head with the bowl and brush application but I’m hoping with practice that gets better. Lovely coverage, got loads of compliments on the colour, although it did come out a shade darker than I hoped so I’ve requested a shade lighter for my next one. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. My greys are still pretty grey!It's a gorgeous coppery brown but it didn't color my greys. They're still very visible. I thought I left a note in my order saying that I needed a stronger developer but I got 15vol anyway. 😞 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Not goodI followed instructions to a "t." I'm not a newb here, I'm 47 and basically full gray coming in. I was so disappointed when I got out of the shower and my roots were light pink at best. Either the timing was off or the formula is off or something because it didn't take. I saturated them too.
