My color hasn't changed...Not sure it's eSalon's fault but my color hasn't changed. I've requested multiple times for a lighter and brighter color, for over a year now. They change my formula and the strength but my color isn't any lighter or brighter. It's still a very dark brown with a subtle hint of red only showing in sunlight. My natural color is a medium brown. Apparently it doesn't lift very well. I think I'm long passed due on needing to just go into a salon for some bleach and highlights to get what I'm wanting. Not quite what I expectedI ordered my color with expectations of color matching to the picture and description given...after application, it is much darker and not "medium brown - copper, golden" as promised. It did cover the grey, so I am okay with it, just not what I wanted.
