Refund is impossibleI waited two weeks, no product; requested a refund and turned off auto order. I was offered another delivery which would also take nearly two weeks; after my written request to cancel that order, I receive notice that another shipment is on the way. long time userI've been using eSalon for many years now. I'm totally satisfied with the product. I've never once had to change the original formula they created for me. It's always exactly the same as previous orders and that's what's important to me. The coverage is superior to store bought products. Just like the salon!This is an incredible product! I got the exact color I was hoping for and,best of all, the results really were the same as my high end salon. Great solution when you are in an isolated environmentThe color is perfect and easy to apply. The shampoo and conditioner are the rewards for doing your own color. Both are rich and the scent is great. My hair feels better when I am finished that when I go into a salon at home. Love itI heard about this product on line and was afraid to color my hair myself. The draw was how much $$$ I would save by not going to the salon each month to color. Once I bribed my husband to assist (those hard to reach places in the back) and tried it, I was sold. I color once a month, have modified the color a little and it is always just what they say it will be. My hair comes out wonderful, healthy and with a shine. l FIRED MY COLORIST!!!With eSalon I can get salon quality color for a fraction of the cost. I love the concept of having a hair product formulated for each unique individual, and not just another box on the shelf. My color is so natural looking and it flatters my skintone perfectly.
