Arrived much later than expected and did not cover the white hair.The colour is beautiful but it did not cover the grays. It also arrived much later so I ended up travelling with bad hair, only to finally colour them and now having to go to the hairdresser to fix it. Not recommending if you have grass to cover. Different color than last time. Hair looks terribleMy hair came out orangey brown inatead of blackish brown at the roots and my grays are still not covered well at all, despite following the directions to the letter. Very disappointed 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

A wonderful experienceI have to say how impressed I am with my color as well as the product. I had a wonderful experience with my first kit the shampoo and conditioner has to be the best for color treated hair. I really loved it I had to inquire about it and I ordered myself some. Staff at ESALON are very helpful and understanding and willing to listen and accommodate you in any way possible. They are a great team ! HORRIBLEDo not order from e salon it's awful I cried then Jennifer sent me another color to darken my roots and it made them even more orange....she obviously has no clue what she is doing I asked for a dark dark purple ...I got ORANGE ROOTS AND ORANGY BROWN ENDS ....I HATE ITTTT 😭😭😭😭😭 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.
