AwfulThe last 2 color kits have turned my roots reddish not darkest brown. I am really unsatisfied with the degradation of this product after using eSalon for many, many years. Didn’t cover my grayI asked for root coverage. Color looked good when I applied the product but I rinsed after 30 minutes as directed and it did nothing for my gray roots. Waste of money 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

BNo Shampoo andConditioner, ClassicAlways the same, do not ever use any other shampoo or conditioner. However the dispenser lid came broken, and I have lost about 1/2 bottle of shampoo. It runs out, and makes a mess on floor of shower and is slippery. I, instead use the classic shampoo single use that comes in the custom color set. if you could just replace the dispenser rocker top, it would sure be helpful. As with many others, after I dye my hair and shampoo it, it comes out shiney silky and golden. Do not want to pay so much for a broken shampoo dispenser lid. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
