For one year it was great, then for the last two orders not so muchIn the beginning it was great. A year later, two orders with problems and no offer to fix the issue. Too much competition not to go elsewhere. Sorry eSalon, but I had to go elsewhere, you basically pushed me out the door. Gray hair at templesI leave the color on temple area first and longer than the rest of my hair. My hair color is the correct one,however, I have distinct lighter areas around the temple. This does not blend. When I go for a pro color the gray is always covered and they do not even bother to leave the color on longer around the temples. Horrible, fo not recommendDried my hair out. Made my hair feelike straw. Hair still felt like straw even after deep conditioning. Color didn't even last 10 days. Did not cover gray wellFirst time using this product. I was very meticulous in following the instruction as my gray overgrowth is driving me crazy. For some unknown readin my left side gray was not covered well! So disappointing! I wanted to make sure it got civered that i did not even use the color guard sent.
