Super pleased skeptic here!I was definitely hesitant to use this service, but I have to say that every step of the process has been great. Better than great TBH! I love the option for 0% ammonia permanent color. The initial survey was thorough imho, The kit came quick and is super cute. Instructions are thorough and I love the dark brown custom color and developer kit. My first kit came with 2 bottles, one for my roots and grey, the other for the ends. I love eSalon!I have been a eSalon subscriber for many years. During that time, I've made a number of requests to tweek my color. Each time the colorist has nailed it perfectly It's just like being in a salon except more convenient and affordable.
