Not satisfied with my color...My intentions were to get my natural all over color done before my I went to get my haircut/hilights and low lights with my stylist. To save money and time at the salon I wanted to do my roots at home as I have a lot of gray and my hair grows quickly. I requested dark brown but my end result was definitely BLACK. I emailed to request a change but was told I could not go lighter....I spent hours in my local salon getting the color lighter. Love the color!I have used over the counter products to color my hair for the past few years. My stylist told me my hair was starting to get dry, and that it was probably from the color product I was using. A friend recommended I try eSalon, and I am so glad I did! After filling out the info sheet and then submitting a picture of my hair color the eSalon team was able to come up with a perfect color fit.
