Incredible!!!This product and its customer care are exceptional!!! Not only do I LOVE my color, but the staff answered all of my emails within 24 hours with questions on how to use their products. They gave me their answers, plus there are video tutorials and my own set of instructions that come with my kit. This place is amazing!!! Beautiful color but doesn't cover all of my grays.The color is stunning. I love it. However, my gray hairs are actually white and about ten of them were not dyed at all.
