Not usual qualityI was shocked by the state of my latest shipment. I am a long-time customer and I’ve never received a color set like this one. Even during the pandemic, the kit wasn’t like this. If I had been a new customer, I would not have trusted the quality and would not have used the product. The box was beaten up and partially open. I realize this was a mail issue, but inside wasn’t any better. There was not the usual packaging. The items were crammed in and only the developer and color were in a partial shaped cardboard piece. The developer was missing the little cap, and it was some random shampoo and conditioner, not Esalon. It just looked messy and unprofessional. My hair colour didn’t changeMy hair colour didn’t change. I have dark brown hair. I selected medium brown mahogany copper. My hair colour didn’t change. Maybe the slightist bit copper when the light shines, but that’s even a long shot. My hair is still dark brown and doesn’t look different honestly. I studied hairdressing, so the fact the developer is only 20 vol is concerning as I learned 20 vol only changes tone, it doesn’t lift hair colour (go up a shade). . So yeah.
