Gray hair coverageLOVE THIS PRODUCT! It took awhile for me to adjust doing my own hair coloring. I stopped going to salons when I realized I was spending over $2,000 a year on salon visits. Using eSalon wasnt working at first on my gray roots, after discussing with them the adjustments they made have been very successful!! I am vey happy with this product! Spot on shadeI’ve been using kits from the High Street but have struggled to match my shade of red. For the first couple of weeks the colour was really harsh and dark with an artificial pink hue I didn’t suit. Hated the colorDid not like the color at all. Like, counting down the days until it's safe to re-color with something better. Didn't cancel my next order in time so I got a second order. I followed the return instructions listed on the website and then.....nothing. I guess that's $35 I'll never see again.
