Beware!!Did everything my order said! Then put on my hair left in for 25 min. Rinsed and rinsed and rinsed and could not get this weird build up of who knows what out! Finally shampooed with provided shampoo and it would not wash out ! I had to shampoo again and again with my shampoo finally it washed out! Conditioned and rinsed ! My hair was actually falling out I was afraid to brush it! Now it's 1day later and I will have to wash again my head feels burned or tingling! Maybe stuck in scalp deep not sure! Not Crazy About ItThe color matched perfectly, it really did . But after applying it, rinsing, using the enclosed shampoo and conditioner ( so many things in the box! 🙂), my hair was limp and lifeless. After a few days, I washed my hair again , hoping that it was, perhaps , the shampoo.... but my hair has remained completely flat and limp. Unfortunately, the color is already leaving the gray areas of my hair. I was really hoping this would be the answer to spending 85.00 every few months to color my hair.
