The hair color i choose in the beginning was a little brassy, i had no problem with the colorist when i asked her to change this for me, my very next order was exactly what i asked for & i never have to go out to shop & worry that my color won't be there.

My custom color looks very natural. Until the grey starts to show at the roots most people don't know it's not my real color. My only disappointment is that the color fades quickly. Red doesn't have very good staying power. Really love the ease of home delivery and knowing I have a consistent color every time.

The colour is great just hard to get out of hair. i would rather get 2 packages of shampoo and skip the protector and remover!

Love the color

I love the color that was custom made for me. I took a star off because second week after application, the red on my hair turns slightly lighter to a lighter brown. Other than that, I love the color when applied and love how my hair is not dried out from coloring.

Gray coverage weak

It hasn't been a month an the gray at my temples already needs to be covered again. I love the overall color but gray coverage is weak.
