Better every timeI asked for a slight color adjustment this time because my hair naturally gets lighter in summer. It is just perfect. Every time it seems the colorist can pinpoint what I need better and better. I love Esalon color. It leaves my hair soft and silky. Doesn't dry it out. Thanks again! Great colorThe color leaves your grays covered completely and the dye leaves your hair soft. The reason not a 5 is the root touch up is too much would be better in two smalller bottles do you could donroot toucj up every two weeks. And applicator for roots. NIce colour but...The result is lovely, a very good, even colour. But I have two criticisms of this product: one is that it is made in the USA and ships all the way over to the UK. I started buying it again because there is now an eSalon UK website and I mistakenly thought it was being made in or at least posted from a UK base. Second, I've got used to using foaming hair colour and going back to a bottle which has to be carefully directed does seen like a backward step.
