Color is so flatThe color has no depth. it is the most boring brown i have ever seen. Before I could even stop it, another order had already shipped so now i owe shipping. Not very happy. Hair colorThe hair color was ok however my hair picked up the blue in the color and ran with it. The roots, which were a dark blonde before coloring, remained the dark blonde with now a bit of red. Slightly dark!The first time was to light because it did not cover my greys, this time around it was to dark. The recommendation was to leave it for 40 minutes instead of 20 minutes. My real color! Love it.My hair turns brassy red from sun, chlorine, whatever. The custom mix of color I received is perfect for me, drabs out most of the red without being too dark or flat looking. Disappointed in color pay offI was very excited to try eSalon, but was disappointed in the results. The color I got was not what I expected and I made sure to follow the instructions very carefully. not a great color for the summeri asked for an adjustment on my color, i have done this before with good results but this color was way too dark, between this and the awful high lights - i was not impressed. i was going to my bf family for a baby shower, and this just looked terrible 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
