I love it!They are very personalized and make sure you are getting the right color with questions and photos. I have not had any coloring problems using e salon and the color is long-lasting and when I asked to lighten my color just a smidge, they got it right. Great SystemThe directions were super easy to follow and even though I had my sister do the actual process, I probably could have figured it out myself. Originally had issues with the color but adjusting it was so easy and the stylists were very quick and helpful in their responses. Definitely will keep using this system. Takes a little PracticeI really liked the color result. It was exactly as described in my personal formulation. I would have given it 5 stars and the only reason I didn't is because it is a little messy and does take practice. READ THE DIRECTIONS A FEW TIMES! You have to color your roots first with one color, wait, then color your ends with a 2nd different color. Then get in the shower, put any remaining color from the 2nd bottle on your roots, wait some more, then wash it all out. It takes at least an hour. The dye is kind of thin so it will drip. Not a bad productEsalon, is not a bad product, and it takes out the time to go to the store. Where it falls short is that the coverage for me holds up to about the same time as any of the clairol, and ion colors I used in the past.
