Hate the automated charge, hate the color, hate all your productsWould never use this product again, but wait you charged me and sent me another box! It was too runny and expensive when it was $10 on the initial promotion and now eye-gouging at now $25 for full price!! Even the other products I purchased were cheap and overpriced. Warm beigeThe color was too dark and stained my scalp. When I went to rinse it out, it was very gummy feeling and wouldn't rinse out with the shampoo provided so I washed my hair twice to get out the residue and my scalp is still stained. 2 of 2 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Color was not right for meMy color is not even close to what I selected. The only good thing about this experience is that my hair feels great. However, my hair color is really an awful, brassy reddish color. I was very hopeful that esalon would work for me, but sadly it did not. OMG!! I am in LOVEI was a little apprehensive of ordering a color over the internet. I have always wanted a little bit of a darker blonde, my current color is a light golden blonde. I went for it, ordered my color and received my package in the mail, which I was impressed the delivery time was amazing! I colored my hair for the first time last night, and the person who put my color together was "Danielle" who did an amazing job by the way. The directions on how to apply the color were easy to follow and I am hooked on the shampoo and conditioner that came in the box.
