Take the chance!I was very skeptical about this product and ordering online, but I took the chance and I'm glad I did! The color they sent covered my grey perfectly and matched my natural hair color. You would never know I had dyed my hair. Also, this product leaves your hair soft and shiny unlike most store bought hair dyes. My hair truly felt as though I walked out of the salon. AWESOME!I was so worried about coloring my hair. My red hair has browned out as I gave gotten older. Once the gray started to show up, I knew I had to do something, but I didn't know what color I needed. I wanted a natural looking color, and was afraid it wood look "clownish" if I chose on my own. I sent pictures to the colorist, and they made a custom color that was PERFECT!!! My husband didn't even realized that I had colored my hair (which I saw as the BIGGEST compliment!) CUSTOMIZED ELEGANT HAIR COLORING CHANGES WHEN I DO !!!This latest adjustment in color is, as always, beautiful. My tastes change, so when I felt coppery, it was copper hair color that I needed. I love the lightness and the golden shades. It is very rich in tone and quite elegant looking. Not Gluten FreeYears of coloring my hair I finally found a product with great long-lasting color. But after 2 applications I began to have profoundly itchy scalp. Absolutely awful!Strong Ammonia gunk- a terrible experience took at least 4 showers to get this sludge out of my hair and it still was in there. Terrible customer service- the money you pay to fix your hair disaster will not be given back.
