Love the color, free shipping drawbackI have always loved the Esalon experience. I can custom color my hair while cleaning up my home and without finding childcare. However recently they have brought up the free shipping requirement. This is making me consider another service. The other products in past I have added to get 5 dollars more to my minimum. Color Good, Process EasyI liked the color recommended, and although there were a few steps required to achieve the color, the result was satisfactory. Product amazing but.....This product is amazing!! The colour looks like I got it done at a salon not from a box. I absolutely love it however I do not love the fact that it took well over a month to get here to Canada. Lovely productOnly reason for loss of one star is that this time my hair is too dark. However salon immediately responded to my concern and have amended y next colour accordingly! Easy-peazyClick, click, click to choose your color! Gets to you in time! Easy to use and apply and you don’t get a crazy what?! color, you get a nice blend and great fresh hair color. I just wish it would not dry my hair as much. I’ll ask them what to use so it stays soft and hydrated longer. Also I wish someone would call us when we change a color a little so we get real help; what we think is probably not really possible with a click, it can be confusing from the color we have to one we dream:) Thank you!
