So far so good!I am on my 4th order and so far very happy with the product. My hair feels a little "straw-like" when I first rinse, but the shampoo and conditioner they provide brings it right back to soft and manageable. Like it easy to useIt was very easy to use. My hair came out to red though. I wanted more of the beige blonde. But for some reason it happens when I try to do my own hair. Loved the kit.
