The color was fine and looked natural, but didn’t exceed my expectationsI ordered shade 7 Ash Brown, hoping for a shinier, cooler-toned result. It was goodThe formula itself was good. It didn’t smell or anything. I just feel they don’t give you quite enough product to cover your whole head. It also looks green when you first apply it. Great colourWhen the colour went on, it looked black and I got scared but it turned out it was the exact dark brown I was wanting. Hopefully it lasts a little bit because I got the demi permanent but I think I've found my colour finally as the first few times it wasn't exactly right. I'm happy with the result, but there was no communication with a colour consultant like last time. Didn't cover all gray hair, not enough product to cover long hairI want to love this, it's adorable, easy, and beautifully packaged. I was a little disappointed by the amount of product, my hair is thick and about half way down my back so I could have used more. It did a decent job with my gray but there is still quite a few shiny ones left. A bit challenging for a first timerThe application stage was okay but I found the rinsing off process really challenging. The colour was very thick and gloopy and it got everywhere.
