Consistincy!!!!ok....I am somewhat of a cynical hair color user. A previous scalp injury coupled with long term color use has left some burnt spots. And that doesn't include the grey/white hairs that's crept in and irritated me with color resistance. I've used eSalon for a while now and have consistent results without the burnt areas from before. In fact I have seen an improvement in the damaged areas with less breakage and dryness. I've noticed that no matter how many times I wash my hair the color hasn't faded significantly. Even in a hurry and skipping hair product my hair has not reverted to the burnt wiry damage that had been common with over the counter coloring product. I hope to continue using eSalon products. Love My ColorWe finally got the color right on the last try. When I went to a hairdresser, it came out different every time, and it was not necessarily a good thing. Very Dark but hope to try againAdmittedly I was a bit apprehensive at first. I didn't think the system would work without person to person contact. Then when I actually used the product I was really scared. My scalp looked like Flamin' Hot Cheetoes. I answered all profile questions accurately and yet my color is now dark blackish brown. I asked to lighten my brown and add a hint of red. As is a choice in the selection chart. Once washed, my scalp was no longer that flaming red color and roots actually blended. I was happy about that. However, the rest of my hair is now a DARK Blackish Brown. For 7 months my hairdresser & I have been gradually trying to lighten my hair. All that time and money was a waste. My hair is now darker than its ever been. Before this it was a dark brown, never has my hair been blackish brown. Maybe its my fault, but I hope this can be rectified in some way.
