Misleading Subscription ServiceThe color product was good, however they were misleading about signing me up for a subscription service. I am typically very detail-oriented and I rarely miss this type of thing. When they asked for the frequency of my hair color, they seemed to be asking if I wanted semi-, demi-permanent etc. They were not clear or up front about the fact that I was being signed up for a subscription service. Still too dark, maybeWhen I follow the advice to bring the color down thru all my hair for the last 5 minutes, I come out a brunette with very subtle highlights on the bottom 2/3 of my hair. Great customer service!The color I originally picked out (intense blonde red) was too bright for me, so I called customer service and not only did they send me an entirely new color free of charge, but they threw in a $15 hair repair mask (because I had to strip the red out) for free, and even shipped it at no charge. Amazing colorThis hair dye has an amazing color. It’s exactly what I wanted. Even when going to the salon, stylist could never get my color right. really afraid it wouldn't match my rootsBoy, was I wrong. I first did a strand test because I was sure that the color would be way off. How could you possibly match my color from a photo and questions I answered. When I saw the result of the strand test I was very surprised at how well it looked, so I dove in and did all my roots. WOW, it turned out fabulous. I few days later I went to my stylist for a cut (she has been coloring my hair for about three years and I needed to cut down on cost) and she also couldn't believe how well the color matched and what a good job I did of getting all the grey.
