Nice color, not so nice gray coverageEven after my color being adjusted to better cover gray, after just a few weeks they are back in full force. Color changeThe first time I ordered the color was definetly not a match. They sent me a replacement for free plus an additional bottle of color. This color was a better match. You should be ashamed of yourselvesThis color was about as far from ash as it gets. It was a warm reddish orange: which is exactly what I explicitly stated I did not want. Custom Color ChangeI requested a change (more red) to my current color and absolutely LOVE the shade I was sent. Adding red can be tricky but the new custom color blends perfectly with the darker shade I had before...looks completely natural and so shiny.
