Product everywhereWhen I got it opened I thought it looked well pack and couldn't wait to use it in a few weeks. Then I took the shampoo and conditioner out and the problem revealed itself. Perfect Auburn!I absolutely love the custom blend color that Britney made for me. I suggest sending in a photo so they can really see what they are working with beforehand. Thorough Application TrainingToday I had a very thorough training on how to apply color from Kelsey. I have never colored my own hair. She gave very clear instructions and made me comfortable with the process. Absolutely LOVE!!!I got my color kit in the mail this morning. Came home and applied right away. I adore this color! It's about as close to my natural color as I could possibly get without shaving my head and starting over, which is exactly what I was going for. Happy with my results!Better than any store bought box dye. Finding the right shade at the store is a nightmare, especially for a blonde. It can easy go awry. I love that this is custom just for me!
