So glad to be back!!I left eSalon for a year or two thinking it was easier to just have a salon do my hair color. Each time I go, I bring pictures and describe what I want and never get it. I could have gone to my last salon and paid $225 (honestly!! $150/hour and she said it would take 1.5 hours) for color I probably would still be unhappy with. So, I thought why not give eSalon another try - I was always happy with the color. Well, I spoke to a colorist at eSalon and was a little nervous to try this new color but... it is exactly what I wanted. The quality is so good - no itchy scalp and the reps at esalon couldn't have been more patient and understanding with me. I will never leave again!! 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Disappointed with colorI did not care for the color or coverage. I have done my hair at home for years using a brand I can buy at store. The esalon color was dull and did not blend grays. Harder to use also. Sorry would not use again 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Unfortunate outcomeThe color is beautiful but it was everything I requested to avoid. I requested to stay away from red and not too dark. Wow! Awesome!!!Thank you so much for your time and expertise on my updated color. I’ve been with you since 2014 and in 2023 decided to go to a salon in my area for a cut and a new look with my color. I went 3 times. They did really well the first time but had almost turned my hair blond by the 3rd time. I came back to eSalon and told you what I wanted and Oh My Gosh! I simply sent a pic, explained what color I was hoping for and it turned out better than I even expected. I don’t know how you did it. I’m so happy! It’s back to my more regular color with a hint of Ash which I love because I’m getting older and needed to blend the gray. It’s been 3 weeks and I got a nice compliment this morning from my daughter saying how she loves my color. Thank you so much!!! Salon colour at less than half the priceHave been using eSalon for 6 years now and have only had professional results. Even my hairdresser commented on how good my colour was and was visibly surprised when I said I’d done it at home!
