Beautiful and Soft!I have naturally red hair with a little grey at the temples. Over the years, my hair has darkened and lost it's true red color. This product brings my red to life and makes it shine! And the softness- I do not know what they use, but my hair has never been so soft. Love it all!The entire experience was great! First order had leaked and the customer service was great in sending me another. The entire coloring process was a breeze, thanks to the awesome instructions included. Great experienceMy mother is a hairstylist so I have always been using salon brands to dye my hair. I moved to a different state last year and waiting for my mom to do my hair in between visits was torture. I decided to try this out and I was not disappointed. eSalon had the whole experience down to a science.
