I must say that their customer support is beyond amazing. I've contacted customer support for color inquiries, billing matters and just recently a canceled shipment via Amazon. They get right to it. They are sweet, understanding and efficient. Thank you, Esalon customer support!!

Esalon is the best hair matching colorists there is ! I was sceptical because no other beautician ever came close to my natural color. Esalon made the perfect match to my natural color to cover my Grey. Will be doing business only with them from now on professional and fast shipping!

Love how easy it is to use. I have red hair/strawberry and it was always hard to find a color or brand that didn't make my color look fake. You can always tell box Fake redheads. Even the hairstylist who cuts my hair asked who colors it. I told her about eSalon and she asked for the website and how it works and told the other stylists in the shop about it. She said it's rare to see such a good match and color for a redhead from a non-salon option. So GREAT JOB eSalon ! And thank you to my colorist ! Lisa
