Very disappointed- Gave eSalon 2 triesI understand that color is not always easy to get right the first time so I have eSalon 2 times with my color. PERFECTLY MATCHED!! FIRST TIMER DOING GRAY ROOTS AND FADED ENDSI don't have enough space for all the positives; my color is PERFECT; the directions are CLEAR; I ordered my first kit too close to my last color application and communicating via email with my colorist, my 2nd kit was REFUNDED and now I'm on the correct schedule, no fault of eSalon. The formulation DID NOT BURN my scalp-color sessions at the salon used to be torturous because my scalp would burn and itch. hair colorNot happy at all this time, unfortunately for me, I didn't read the instructions before doing my hair. I foolishly thought that I got an extra bottle of color.
