I have been very pleased with both the product and the convenience. The color is perfect every time. People are always shocked when they find out it is not my natural color. Then having it show up in the mail at just the right time means never having to show the dreaded roots. I plan on continuing with esalon for a long time.

I have been using this for about a year and I am very pleased with the results. The color is perfect and looks very natural. It covers the grey hair as well. Looks like I had my hair done professionally.

I like the color, but it's a tad darker than I would like. It certainly blends easily, and was easy to do myself. The shampoo and conditioner is really awesome: my hair looks and feels soft and shiny. The color is fresh and there are little flashes of highlighted strands, which I love! Certainly was worth my time to try, and to keep getting!

I love that I can customize my color each time or keep it the same. My hair feels so healthy after coloring and the color is vibrant.
