Too darkI was so excited to try this product and thought I was getting a lighter color but it turned out darker than I wanted it. It was almost black which looked hideous on me. The worst part was that I colored it the day before a party ending up wearing a bun so it wouldn't be so noticeable. Wrong colorI ordered a light color and when it arrived it already looked a little too dark to be what i ordered. They listened to my needsThis was my 3rd order and it needed some adjustment so I added notes and updated pictures. They saw what I needed and made the adjustment and gave me an additional product to try for free instead of charging me for two bottles like I asked. And it worked excellent.
