This color is just right. And my hair feels soft. It's been 4 washes so far and color is not fading. I'm sticking with this.

I originally had chosen a color that was much darker than my starting color. They encouraged me to go with a lighter shade, then gradually darken. The color turned out to be so beautiful and perfect! I decided to keep it just as they had suggested. I get so many compliments on my color :)

I really enjoy using esalon. It’s easy and personalized and the color starts out good. My two problems are it fades quick, at least for me and my roots are turning darker then the rest of my hair.
