Issues w covering grey hairHi thanks for your time reworking my custom color. Grey coverage an issue for me not sure if I need to be a shade lighter ? Typically color my hair “golden blonde” as most of my head is grey- this sides and my part are very noticeable between coloring. My experience is that Ash color does not jibe-turns my hair more dusky green -it’s a lot to ask but any suggestions are appreciated /thx 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

The new formula on the highlights was terribleThe adjustment made for this order of my highlights was terrible. it was bright orange, brassy and was supposed to be lighter blond. Completely wrong for my skin tone. The color was so bad that I had to use and waste my root color that I planned to use 2 weeks from now to cover up the highlights. A waste of money. i have informed the colorist to go back to the prior formula. I would like a free replacement of my root color I had to use to correct this mistake. Don’t like the colorThe color is too light for my hair. Normally I use a high end product to color my guy and it is a lot less expensive that your hair color. Therefore I am trying to cancel this subscription but cannot find a way to do so other than call. This is a high inconvenience for me. When I joined I was told I could cancel any time but I am having a difficult time doing so. Please just cancel my subscription. I will try to call later unless you are able to do so through this. I did not like the color you sent me. I use 10 volume but I feel like it was more than that as my roots came out so light. Usually my dye blends in great with my hair and doesn’t make my roots light. I love the custom color.I chose a reddish brown with gold mixed in. Loved the color and got so many compliments on it.
